Make your home show like a perfect TEN!

• Create curb appeal – First impressions are important. Your front door and porch should be like new! 
• Beautify the Exterior – Clean the gutters, clean and remove any tree limbs on or near the exterior of the home. Spruce up landscaping, trim bushes, trees, etc. 
• Freshen the Interior – Fresh paint brightens and adds value. Clean or replace carpets, floors, etc. Clean windows and doors. Everything should be in clean and properly working order. Repair any leaks in plumbing. 
• Kitchens and Bathrooms Should Sparkle – Check caulking. Refrigerator and appliances should be neat, clean and remove any magnets, etc. 
• Rooms to Show Space – Decluttering makes the home look more spacious. Clean closets and drawers. Make sure garage is clean and orderly. Rent a storage unit if needed. 
• Make the Home Airy and Light – Make sure all window treatments are in prime condition. Turn on all lights in each room, day and night. 
• Remove Pets or Secure them – Keep pet areas clean and free of odor. 
• Best to Leave Home During Showings – If unable, be courteous and stay quiet. If you are asked any questions, ask to be addressed to listing agent. Do not offer any remedies as it may cost additional monies. 
• Showings – Consider turning on soft music low, turn off television. Be sure your home smells fresh.
